Psychological Problems and Adjustment in the Employment of Journalism Graduates

Journalism is the most popular major in recent years.But with such factors as college enrollment,the changes in the news industry,etc,the journalism graduates are facing a severe employment situation.More and more graduates have a huge psychological gap with varying degrees of psychological problems in employment.Corresponding approaches are proposed to resolve these problems in employment from three main aspects: 1.playing an active role in society;2.creating a good employment seeking environment;3.deepening the reform of higher education and subject debugging.It is expected that improvement in the psychological diathesis of these graduates will enhance their competitiveness for employability.
