区域经济发展中有许许多多的问题,其中有五个矛盾急需解决:第一个是中央宏观调控政策与地方经济发展要求的矛盾;第二是市场配置机制在资源配置中的基础作用与市场准入监管机制的矛盾;第三是生产要素集中化的趋势与区域经济发展与协调之间的矛盾;第四是扩大工业发展空间以严格控制土地占用和审批的矛盾;最后一个问题是降低民营资本进入的门槛与民营资本投机性的矛盾.

Several contradictions concerning regional economic development

There are a lot of problems in regional economic development and there are five contradictions needing to be solved. The first contradiction exists between central government's macro-adjustment policy and local economic development requirement, and the second one exists between basic function of market allocation mechanism in resources allocation and market entry and monitoring mechanism, and the third one exists between centralization trend of production factors and regional economic development and coordination, and the forth one exists between enlargement of industrialization development space to control land erosion and approval and the last one exists between lowering private capital entry threshold and private capital speculative motive.
