| 摘 要： | 希腊是西方民主政治的摇篮和发源地，特别是雅典城邦的民主政治高度发展，对后世西方形响很大。近代以来，有关雅典城邦民主政治的问题一直为中外学者所关注，并存在较大争议。本文通过对雅典城邦立法过程的考察，分析了雅典民主政治是如何完善的，并进而指出雅典民主政治的特点和历史局限。

| Abstract: | Greece was the cradle of Western democracy, and the Athenian democracy in par- ticular has influenced West world greatly. Many books and articles on Athenian democracy have been published since modern time, but scholars still have a lot of arguments on this is- sue. The paper analyses the improvement of Athenian democracy through examining the pro- cess of Athenian legislation, and further points out the characteristics and historical limita- tions of Athenian democracy. |
