| 摘 要： | 在继承毛泽东、邓小平党内民主观的基础上,江泽民结合党内民主建设的新特点,从新的视角对发展党内民主思想进行了论述,主要表现在:突出党内民主的战略地位,强调发展党内民主要切实加强制度建设、不断强化党内民主监督、积极推进人民民主的发展,从而丰富和发展了马克思主义关于党内民主建设和国家民主建设的思想.

| Abstract: | On the basis of succeeding to inner-Party democracy of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zeming has discussed the developing inner-Party democratic thought from a new angle combining with new feature of inner-party democratic construction. It lays stress on strategic status of inner-Party democracy, emphasizing that inner-Party democratic development should mainly intensify feasible regulation construction, unceasingly strengthen inner-Party democratic supervision, actively promotes people's democratic development, thus enriching and developing Marxism with regard to inner-Party democratic construction and national democratic construction thought. |
