| 摘 要： | 在分析城市交通中交通公平与交通生态性的内涵特征的基础上,从城市交通政策、交通规划、工程设计与交通组织管理四个层面,探讨了城市交通的伦理内涵。指出城市交通系统运营除了要遵守社会公认的伦理道德规范,更应兼顾出行效率、交通公平与生态性,从而使城市交通符合伦理诉求。

| Abstract: | The connotation characteristics of transportation equity and ecological features are analyzed in urban transportation in this paper.Then the ethic connotation of urban transportation is discussed from urban transportation policy,traffic planning,engineering design and traffic organization management.This paper demonstrates that urban transportation operation not only need to abide by the generally accepted ethical code of ethics,but also must be giving attention to travel efficiency,transportation equity and ecological features,so that make the urban transportation conform to the ethical demands. |
