Evaluation and Analysis on Russia and EU Cooperation Policy

In 1990s,Russia has established its Cooperation Policy to EU,which major objective is to accelerate the development of economical relationships between Russia and EU and make Russia to become strong again,and to resolve the problems involved in comprehensive bilateral relationship and help to improve and enhance Russian international status.The cooperation policy has characteristics of seeking all-around cooperation with EU,persisting in state interests and principle of independence,regarding and participating construction of cooperation mechanism.This policy is confronted with some difficulties,and its developing foreground lies on many factors inside and outside Russia.
