摘    要:基于利益相关者视角,面向公共部门绩效考评主体与客体,以Likert量表为问卷调查载体,针对绩效考评目标、绩效考评现状与绩效考评改进展开了实地调查。结果表明:公共部门绩效考评目标基本达到共识,绩效考评现状存在缺失,进而调整绩效考评改进思路,促进公共部门可持续发展。

Abstract:From stakeholders' angle of view, Likert scale was used as the questionnaire towards perform- ance evaluation subject and object in public sectors. Then an empirical investigation was carried out to the target, the current situation and the improvement of performance evaluation. The research result showed that performance evaluation objectives in public sectors have basically become the consensus, but there is the lack of performance evaluation status. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the improving ideas of performance evaluation in order to promote the sustainable development of public sectors.
