高校学生管理规定的变化对大学生社会化的影响

《普通高等学校学生管理规定》对大学生社会化具有双重影响。随着中国特色社会主义经济和社会运行模式的建立和发展,以及大学生入学与就业方式等的变化,大学生社会化开始从单一的国家教化转变为国家教化、社会教化和个人内化三结合。顺应这种趋势和体现学生本位的思想,高校学生管理开始向民主型、法制型管理转变。现行《管理规定》客观上促进了大学生对主客体的认识,并从管理、被管理、权益和办学自主权等角度丰富了学生从＂学校人＂向＂社会人＂转变的基础角色意识。但是,并不是所有的社会化都是合理的、积极的,过度社会化也对学生成长不利。
