装置研究视角下的国家边界——以新疆霍尔果斯口岸为例

20世纪90年代以来,逐渐兴起的批判边界研究在概念上将物理边界界定为具有社会建构意涵的“过程”和“实践”,其强调多元主体互动在边界内涵、功能和变迁中的影响。在此语境下,“装置”概念被引入,为国家边界研究提供了一个整体性框架。对“装置”概念的学术史进行梳理,并在此基础上以新疆霍尔果斯口岸的田野材料为中心,提出主权、规训和治理等三类装置形态,其构成了理解边界的多元主体及其主体性效果的重要范畴。

National Border in the Perspective of Apparatus:A Study of Khorgos International Cross-Border Cooperation Center

Since the 1990s,the emerging critical border studies have gradually conceptually defined physical border as process and practice with social constructive implications,emphasizing the influence of multiple subject interactions on border connotations,functions and changes.In this context,the concept of apparatus was introduced,which provided a holistic framework for the study of national border.Through the academic history of the concept of apparatus,and on this basis,the field materials at the Khorgos port in Xinjiang as the center,proposing the three types of apparatus,namely sovereignty,discipline,and governance,which constitute an important category for understanding the multiple subjects and their subjective effects.
