先秦荒礼探微

荒礼是我国古代社会礼俗文化的重要内容之一，先秦时期已多有举行。据史料记载，先秦荒礼大致有祷神、变礼、减缮减用以及提供财物婀补等几种表现形式。在灾荒之年举行荒礼，不仅可以起到安抚民心、维护社会安定的作用，同时也有效地节省了财物，有利于人民的生产生活。因此，先秦以后，荒礼仍被社会各阶层所重视。
