论农民专业合作社产生的基础和条件

On the Foundation and Conditions of the Formation of Farmers' Specialized Cooperative Organization

Farmers' Specialized Cooperative Organization(FSCO) is a kind of new-style Cooperative Organization,which is propitious for improving the degree of farmers' systematization,reduce system cost,increase agriculture' synthesize benefits.Whereas,it is impossible to form FSCO spontaneously on the basis of dispersive small farms.It needs a series of conditions.This paper considers specialized community cooperation as the production basic of FSCO,and other factors such as specialized production,co-workers' different resources,Cooperative Organization torchbearer' existence and impulse coming from government also contribute to the formation of FSCO.Knowing foundation and condition of FSCO can promote its development effectively and avoid blindness.
