创新成果管理制度：效率与公平——基于《热血江湖online》的分析

现实社会,人们往往重视创新活动过程的管理而忽视创新成果的管理,未能统筹效率与公平,导致了四个方面的问题：一是创新成果脱离社会需求,带来负面经济影响;二是缺乏创新成果需求管理和研发群体创新失衡导致重复建设、落后产能;三是创新成果接受方在资源利用上的效率损失;四是创新研发实验与实践运用间的不连续性,损失了效率、公平与人才。通过MMORPG游戏《热血江湖online》游戏管理者对创新成果管理制度的研究发现,注重创新成果的管理并将创新活动市场化的过程,不但可以有效率地保证市场经济正常运行,同时还能公平地创造出更大的社会福利和经济价值,从而实现帕累托改进。

Equilibrium between efficiency and fairness: Based on the analysis of Scions of Fate

Human society tends to attach more importance to the management of creation process than of creation results, bringing problems in four aspects： polarization between researchers and outsiders becoming more serious, research teams’ unbalanced internal potentiality of creativity encouraging productivity lag, the recipient of creation results losing efficiency in resource utilization, and discontinuousness between creation research experiment and practical application causing loss in efficiency, fairness and talents. Studying the system of creation results management by the virtual government in ＂Scions of Fate＂, a genre of Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, the author finds that the process of focusing on creation results management while commercializing creation activity not only ensures effectively the environment for market economy but also helps realize Pareto Improvement by fairly outputting greater social welfare and economic value.
