| 摘 要： | 批判性是马克思主义人权理论的基本特质。马克思主义通过对西方近代人权观的形而上学基础的彻底颠覆,指出了人权的历史性;通过对资产阶级人权实质的政治经济学分析,揭示了人权的具体性;通过对各种机会主义人权观和空想社会主义人权观的否定,发展了马克思主义的人权观。

| Abstract: | Criticism is the characteristic of the theory of human rights of Marxism. Marxism points out that the human rights has its history by reversing the metaphysical base of the modern viewpoint of human rights in the West, exposes the concrete character by politico - economical analyzing viewpoint of human rights of the bourgeoisie, and developS the theory of human rights of Marxism by negating the opportunistic and Utopian socialist viewpoint of human rights. |
