| 摘 要： | 运用现代动态经济计量分析方法，采用《福建统计年鉴（1987—2012）》数据，对福建省科技人力资本、研发资本与经济增长之间的动态关系进行了实证分析。分析结果表明：福建省科技人力资本、研发资本与经济增长之间存在长期稳定的正向关系，科技人力资本是推动经济长期持续增长的重要因素，福建省经济增长对科技人力资本和研发资本在长期都有明显的正效应。在此基础上提出了稳步发展福建省科技人力资本、研发资本促进经济持续协调快速增长的对策。

Research on Cointegration Relationship Among Scientific and Technological Human Capital,R & D Capital and Economic Growth in Fujian |

| Abstract: | Using VAR model of dynamic econometric analysis method and the statistical data in Fujian during the period from 1987 to 2012,the dynamic relationship among scientific and technological hu-man capital,R&D capital and economic growth were analyzed.The econometric analysis results show that there is a long-term stable and positive relationship among scientific and technological human cap-ital,R&D capital and economic growth,and the scientific and technological human capital is the im-portant factor to promote a long-term economic growth.Economic growth has an obvious positive effect on scientific and technological human capital and R&D capital in long-term.On this basis,counter-measures were put forward to develop steadily scientific and technological human capital and R&D capital in order to promote the sustainable coordinated rapid economic growth in Fujian province. |
