| Abstract: | Marxist jurisprudence is an important part of Marxist theory,and Xi Jinping's ruling by law is the latest achievement of Marxist jurisprudence in China.Xi Jinping's idea of the rule of law was formed in the great practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It has distinct theoretical character of historical materialism.It is a theory system of rule of law with striking Chinese style.It is a guide for Guangdong province to promote the strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law further and an ideological program for the construction of China under the rule of law in the new era. |
