| 摘 要： | 自由意味着强制之不存在,意味着一个人能够按照自己的意志和计划自由行动。作为一种根本价值,个人自由为大多数道德价值的渊源和条件,自由主义与个人主义是内在一致的,真正的个人主义是一种旨在理解那些决定人类社会生活的力量的社会理论,同时也是一套政治行为规范;它突出强调的是个人自主,视个人自主为核心价值。

| Abstract: | Liberty means the nonexistence of the mandatory measures,and it means that a person may act on his own will or plan.Being an essential value,individualistic liberty is the origin and condition of most ethical values.Liberalism and individualism are inherently identical.The real individualism is a social theory aiming to understand the powerful force that determines social life of human being.It is also a set of political behavior norms.It emphasized the individual self-independence and adopts the self-independence as the essential value. |
