高校教学档案管理存在的问题及对策研究*

高校教学档案是进行教学研究、教学改革、教学经验交流、课程建设的重要平台。加强教学档案管理需要加强教学档案普法教育力度，强化档案管理意识；建立健全教学档案管理工作规章制度，促进教学档案管理规范化建设；健全教学档案的收集、归档制度；加快教学档案管理的系统化、现代化建设；建立教学档案评价指标，强化教学档案的监督职能；加强教学档案管理队伍建设，提高档案工作人员素质；加强教学档案信息资源的开发利用。

Problems and Countermeasures of the Management of College Teaching Archives

College teaching archive is the important platform for teaching research, reform, experience ex-change and curriculum construction. To enhance the management of college teaching archives, it is expec-ted to strengthen the law dissemination and management consciousness; to establish and improve the rules and regulations for management standardization~ to improve the collecting and arehiving, and the modern and systematic construction; to establish the assessing indicators, and reinforce the supervision; to strengthen team construction and improve the personnel quality. The last is to enhance the development and utilization of information resources.
