| 摘 要： | 在当前大学生“就业难”的大形势下，独立学院英语专业毕业生同样面临“就业难”问题，其中，社会需求、用人观念、学生综合素质等因素会影响到毕业生就业。面对严峻的就业形势，探讨全程化模式，推进个性化指导，建立心理疏导机制，加强校企合作，实施创业教育等，对推动毕业生就业指导工作具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | English-major graduates in independent colleges are facing the same severe employment situation as other college students are. Social demands, ideas of talents selecting and the comprehensive qualities of students are the major factors that contribute to difficult employment. To come out of such a plight, we should adopt a beginning-to-end employment guiding mode, enhance individualized instruction, smooth channels of psychological guidance, strengthen college-enterprise cooperation and conduct self-employing education. All these measures are of great significance for employment guidance. |
