| 摘 要： | 体育校本课程的开发是现代学校体育教育发展的必然，也是“开发-实践-总结-提高”的系统过程。在开发过程中，体育教师是体育校本课程开发的主体。通过对体育校本课程开发的必然性、开发的特点，以及开发过程中对体育老师的要求等方面的分析，提出体育校本课程应该体现学校的特色和创新思路。

| Abstract: | The development of school-based physical education curriculum is necessary for the development of modem college physical education, which can be divided into stages of development, practice and improvement. Teaching staff are the subjects of the development of school-based physical education curriculum. By analyzing the necessity and characteristics of developing school- based curriculum as well as the requirements for the teachers, this paper concludes that the development of school-based physical education curriculum should be carried out in an innovative way and with school features. |
