| 摘 要： | 老子的理想人格是自由与自律相统一的“圣人”。圣人理想人格的培养途径是“尊道贵德”，具体说来就是远离物欲、离弃俗智，保持精神的和谐、专一，效法自然而生活。

| Abstract: | To Laozi,or Lao Tse,the ideal personal character is the sage,who is the incarnation of the unity of freedom and self-discipline.The ways to cultivate the ideal character are respecting Tao and valuing virtues.To be specific,to cultivate the ideal personal character,one must keep a great distance from material desires,give up vulgar values,remain spiritually harmonious and committed,and identify his or her life with nature. |
