| 摘 要： | "学分银行" 制度是我国继续教育改革未来的发展方向, 能够充分发挥继续教育所具有的开放性、 公平性、 终身性等特点. 灵活的学分认定、 学分累积、 学分转换机制打破了传统教育管理的弊端, 从服务创新、 合作创新、 管理创新几个方面为行业特色型高校继续教育的发展提供了改革思路. 高校需要结合自身继续教育发展的特点, 有计划、 有步骤地建立继续教育 "学分银行", 为构建行业人才的终身学习平台发挥重要作用.

Reform Ideas of Continuing Education in College with Industrial Features Based on "Credit Bank" System |

| Abstract: | "Credit Bank" system which can represent the characteristics of continuing education, such as open-ness, fairness, lifetime and so on is the future direction of continuing education reform in our country.The flexi-ble mechanisms of credit certification, credit accumulation and credit transformation break the drawbacks of tra-ditional education management and can provide the reform ideas from the aspects of service innovation, coopera-tive innovation and management innovation for the development of continuing education in college with industrial features.Based on its own features of continuing education, the college should establish continuing education"Credit Bank" systematically to make it play an important role in training industry talents. |
