| 摘 要： | 在采访环境、采访形式和采访内容发生巨大变化的今天,采访工作对采访人员的素质提出了更高的要求。为此,本文对新采访环境下采访人员的思想素质、业务素质和信息素质等三个方面作了详尽的阐述,并强调只有具备了这些素质才能做好采访工作。

| Abstract: | Great changes have occurred in interview circumstance, interview forms and interview contents which call for higher qualities of interviewers.Therefore,in the paper,the author elaborates three qualities needed for interviewers in new cireumstances,including good morality,professional ability and a sense of information.Besides,the author holds that these qualities are essential for a successful interviewer. |
