| 摘 要： | 2019年12月,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发,文章从医疗保障的角度出发,结合疾病的流行病学特点和PPRR危机管理理论,总结并分享医疗保障部门抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的实践经验。对实践工作中暴露的问题进行思考和探索,提出建议对策,旨在进一步完善医疗保障危机管理制度,为患者提供安全、有效、持续的医疗保障。

| Abstract: | In December 2019, a novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) broke out. From the perspective of health care, combining the epidemiological characteristics of the disease and the theory of PPRR crisis management, this paper summarized and shared the practical experience of the medical security department in fighting against the outbreak of COVID-19. The paper also considered and explored the problems exposed in practice, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures, aiming to further improve the crisis management system of medical security, and provide safe, effective and sustainable health care for patients. |
