低年级医学生人际沟通能力现状研究

医学生作为以医学为职业生涯的人,更加需要加强人际沟通能力的培养。国际医学教育界对医学生的人际沟通能力做了相应的要求,这是社会对从医人员的社会期望。课题调查发现低年级医学生的人际沟通能力存在不足,原因主要在于医学生对人际沟通理论知识和实践经验缺乏,学校和家庭对医学生人际沟通能力培养不够。

Analysis of the current situation of the interpersonal communications ability of junior medical students

Medical students,taking medicine as occupation career,need the ability of interpersonal communications.Even in the system of the international medical education,interpersonal communications ability has been hardly required,which is the social expectations of the medical personnel as well.However,the survey we did before found that there were restrictions of the interpersonal communications ability of medical students.The article analyzed the cause of current situation,including the lack of both theoretical knowledge and practical experiences of interpersonal communications,as well as the leading functions of school and families.
