| 摘 要： | 医保患者医疗费用的不断增长已引起广泛关注，医院是提供医疗服务的主体，是医保基金的主要使用者。通过分析费用增长原因，正确看待合理性增长，从严控制不合理性增长，符合维护患者利益并能促进医院、医疗保险事业健康发展。

| Abstract: | Continuously increasing medical cost payed by the patient with medical insurance had been catching enough attentions lately. Hospitals were the principal providers of medical services and also the main users of medical insurance funds. In order to protect the patients＇ benefits and to promote the scientifically healthy growth of the hospitals and medical insurance, the article analyzed the causes of such raise, respecting the rational reasons while eontroling the unreasonable cost. |
