城市社区医疗卫生资源优化配置研究——以深圳龙岗为例

随着和谐社会发展目标的确立，医疗卫生资源作为重要的民生建设内容．国家给予了越来越多的重视，十七大会议提出到2020年建立覆盖城乡的基本医疗卫生服务体系。本文从经济学中公共产品角度出发，研究城市社区医疗卫生资源的优化配置途径并提出快速城市化时期医疗卫生资源“公平效率适度”的弹性配置准则，结合深圳龙岗区的规划实践提出具有针对性的配置建议．改善公众福利水平，提高相对公平性。

A research of medical resource allocation optimization in city community:A case study of Shenzhen Longgang districet

Medical resource itself is an urban public resource. Based on the economic analysis of medical resources allocation, the article mainly discussed the approach of optimal allocation. It presented to reform the current medical resource allocation principle with the balance of rigidity and flexibility in the rapid urban development. Combining with the planning of Shenzhen Longgang district, the authors first summarized the major characteristics and influence factors of medical resource allocation,then searched for the approach of optimal allocation under the two level patterns of ＂city-city community＂, finally put forward some relative advices.
