略论三代领导人的科技思想

在领导社会主义建设过程中,毛泽东、邓小平和江泽民同志都创造性地将马克思主义关于“科学技术是生产力”的基本原理与中国的建设实践相结合,将科学技术作为我国大力发展社会生产力、建立社会主义物质文明的关键,形成了各自的科技思想:毛泽东发出了“向科学进军”的伟大号召,邓小平提出“科学技术是第一生产力”,江泽民将“科教兴国”确定为面向新世纪的发展战略。三代领导人的科技思想是随着历史条件、客观环境和时代发展而不断深入的,体现出与马克思主义既一脉相承又与时俱进的理论品质。

The Thoughts on Science and Technology by the Three Generations of Chinese Leaders

In the course of leading our socialist construction , Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin all creatively combine the basic tenet of Marxism- "science and technology are productive forces" with China's construction practice, taking science and technology as the key of developing productive force and establishing socialist material base, and form their own thoughts on science and technology : Mao calls on people to march towards the modernization of science and technology ; Deng advances that science and technology are the primary productive force ; Jiang puts forward the strategy of revitalizing China through science and education and takes it as the development policy for the new century. These thoughts on science and technology deepen with the changes of historical conditions, objective circumstances and the times, reflecting that Marxism theory is inherited from the past and at the same time keeps pace with the times.
