大学生就业歧视与法律保障、救济路径

摘    要:大学生就业歧视是指大学生群体在就业过程中受到不公平的差别待遇,主要分为制度性和非制度性两种。造成大学生这一现象的深层原因是大学生平等就业的权益没有得到充分保障。所以,当务之急是要通过大学生、高校和政府各自的救济路径,构建完善的制度体系和法律体系,创造良好的社会就业环境。

Abstract:Employment discrimination College students are subjected to in the employment process refers to the unfair treatment they are faced with, which mainly falls into two types : institutional and non-institutional em- plwment discrimination. The underlying causes for employment discrimination lie in the fact that college students' interest of equal employment are not fully guaranteed. Thus it is imperative to build a sound institutional system and legal system, establish sound legal security system for college students' emplwment and ereate a good social employment environment through respective relief paths of students, universities and government.
