宋代社会作为传统宗法社会的成熟期,女性的社会地位问题广受学人关注,论者多从宋代女子离婚、再嫁及贞节观问题切入,认为社会地位的高低与贞节观的宽紧、再嫁的数量成正比.本文认为这是一种表浅的看法,宋代社会女子再嫁往往与其私有权缺失相关,无论是贞还是淫,都体现了父权意识形态的要求,从女子再嫁的具体原因分析她们的处境无疑更接近历史的真实.

On the Divorce, Remarriage and Social Status of Females in the Song Dynasty

The Song Dynasty marks the maturity of the patriarchal society. Therefore, the social status of females of the time has received wide attention from scholars, who hold that the status of the females in the Song Dynasty is in direct proportion to their view of chastity and number of remarriage. But this is superficial. In this paper, it is pointed out that the remarriage of the Song females tended to result from their lack of private ownership.Whether they were chaste or not, their remarriage was a reflection of the patriarchal ideology. To study their situation by looking into the exact reasons for their remarriage will no doubt be more faithful to history.
