| 摘 要： | 中国和谐社会的建设是一项系统工程，不仅是各项经济与外在物化指标的发展，也是现代社会保障制度的建立与健全。本研究在理论与实际相结合的分析基础上，提出中国农村社会保障制度的发展观——均衡、补偿、自由。
