| 摘 要： | 港澳地区宗教公益慈善事业大力发展，与宗教团体自身的慈善理念和努力有关，与政府的激励和有效监管有关。政府对宗教团体开展公益慈善活动较少直接干预；政府通过出资购买公共服务的方式促进宗教公益事业发展；通过减税等手段激励宗教公益事业的发展；同时对宗教团体的公益慈善相关财务活动进行有效的监管。香港澳门政府对宗教公益慈善事业管理对大陆有着重要的启示。
