Materialistic Conception of History and World History Studies in the Context of Globalization

Marx's notion of world history is theoretically and methodologically an integral part in historical materialism.It was by way of his world history studies that Marx brought into being materialist conception of history,which would have remained incomprehensible to us had there been no Marx's notion of world history.Marx's world history studies weighs heavily in today's development of historical materialism,since the work of its research paradigm is still being felt in the way of question-raising,thinking in the changing situations,developing the classic researches and finding and establishing new research projects.That's why research into Marx's notion of world history is quite significant for a thorough understanding and illustration of the major phenomena and issues in the development of social history and consequently for the comprehension of social history itself in the context of globalization.
