| 摘 要： | 高等学校心理健康教育教师专业化是指高等学校心理健康教育教师在整个职业生涯中,通过专门训练和终身学习,逐步掌握心理健康教育的知识与技能,并在高等学校心理健康教育实践中不断提高自身的从教素质,从而成为一名合格的心理健康教育服务专业教师的过程。推动心理健康教育教师专业化建设是加强高等学校心理健康教育工作的客观要求;是改善高等学校心理健康教育教师队伍专业化现状的迫切需要;是提高高等学校心理健康教育教师学历教育的现实需要。高等学校心理健康教育教师专业化的主要流程包括职前培养和继续教育。职前培养包括审查培训机构的专业资格、完善学历教育和开展＂专业资格认证＂;继续教育包括自学和在职培训。

| Abstract: | College counselors’ professional development is getting more and more important for it is a need of the student mental health education in colleges and universities of the current situation of college counselors’ professional development and of entrepreneurship development.The procedures of college counselors’ professional development include teacher’s preparation and continuing education;the teacher’s preparation includes certification of training program,entrepreneurship development and accreditation;and the continuing education includes autonomous study and on-the-job training. |
