| 摘 要： | 全面分析农村贫困人口贫困的原因,对于选择有效的反贫困战略,进一步促进农村经济增长和社会全面发展有着十分重大的现实意义。贫困是多种原因造成的,从已有的致贫原因分析研究中,我认为制度与政策、资源与环境、生产与开发、人口与素质等四个方面的因素是我国农村贫困人口致贫原因所在。
