摘    要:胜任力素质是一个组织区分在特定工作岗位和组织环境中的绩效水平的个人特征。胜任力是潜在的、持久的个人特征,它与一定工作或情境中的、效标参照的、有效或优异绩效有因果关系。不同的岗位对人的胜任力素质要求不同,建立组织员工的岗位胜任力素质模型,对实行组织的能力与岗位匹配有着重要的意义,对充分利用和合理配置组织的人力资源有着引导作用。

Abstract:Competence quality is the individual feature an organization uses to distinguish the level of performance in a specific post and environment. Being the latent and lasting individual feature, competence quality forms the cause and effect relation with efficiency or excellent performace in reference to certain standards in specific work or environment. As different posts have different requirements of competence quality, it is of great importance to establish a model of employees’ competence quality so that each post will be occupied by an employee who is competent to carry out its duty.
