| 摘 要： | 托克维尔以自由界定了现代人的存在及其意义,自由是托克维尔最为根本的价值追求。通过对托克维尔相关文献的梳理,文章指出托克维尔基于人性之本能的角度确立了其自由思想的源起,从而表现出与现代早期自由主义思想家们基于天赋权利与理性建构的角度确立现代人之自由的不同立场。

| Abstract: | Tocqueville defined the existence and significance of modern persons by freedom,and freedom is the most fundamental pursuit of value for Tocqueville.Through the review of the on relevant literatures of Tocqueville,this article points out that on the base of instinct perspective,Tocqueville establishes the origin of his thought of freedom,which shows the different positions between the early modern liberal thinkers who based on natural rights and rational construction on the freedom of modern persons. |
