| 摘 要： | 宋代是中国历史上民族关系颇为复杂的时期,为此宋王朝立有严厉的书禁法以防国家军政信息被泄露。宋代书禁法以皇帝的诏敕为法律形式,富有鲜明的时代特色,历两宋逐渐走向完备。然而,宋代书禁法的实效却不甚理想,触犯书禁法的现象时有发生,这是当时文化、经济、民族等多种因素共同作用的结果。

| Abstract: | The Song Dynasty is a period in Chinese history known for its complicated ethnic relations,so the government enacted strict forbidden book law to avoid disclosing political and military information of the state.The law appears in the form of imperial decrees and,from Northern Song Dynasty to Southern Song Dynasty,becomes more and more complete.However,its legal efficacy is not ideal,and the violation of the law occurs frequently because of the cultural,economic,and ethnic factors. |
