当前农民政治参与和乡村和谐社会建设研究——以宁夏西吉县单家集回族农民为例

农民是我国人口最多的阶级，其政治参与活动的发展对乡村和谐社会建设的进程有着重大影响。通过对单家集回族农民政治参与形式、动机、社会效应等层面的调查分析，认为在宁夏等少数民族地区建设乡村和谐社会，还需要积极发展农村经济，特别是农村集体经济，为农民政治参与提供物质保障，并且花大力气搞好农村教育，大力倡导农村政治文明，改善农村社会资本，在拓宽农民政治参与渠道的前提下，提高农民的政治参与意识和政治效能感。

The Investigation of Farmers' Political Participation and Construction of the Harmonious Village——Take the Hui Nationality of Shanjiaji as Example

The farmers make up the most population in China.Therefore,the quality and quantity of political participation is very important for them to construct harmonious society,and their political activities also play key role in the progress of constructing harmonious society.By anylising the intention and participation of Hui farmers in Shanjiaji Village,the author thinks that the ethnics in Ningxia should work hard and make contributions in rural economy,specially the collective economy,providing the protection for the farmers,helping them improve their education,advocationg the political civilization,accumulating the capital of countryside,and enhancing the farmers' sense of participation and emotions of political efficiency.
