当前中国司法制度存在的问题和改革建议

本文通过对我国现行司法制度的分析，指出了其存在的主要问题．如司法程序的独立性较弱、对司法机关的制约和监督乏力、司法机关系统内的监督机制疲软以及司法机关不遵守程序约束的现象相当普遍等。同时针对这些问题，文章又提出了保障司法程序的独立性、健全司法监督机制、严格法定程序以及全面提高司法人员素质等一些改革建议，从而推进我国司法制度改革，实现全社会的公平和正义。

The Problems & Suggestions of Contemporary Judicial System in China

According to the analysis of contemporary judicial system in China,this article points out its main problems,such as weak independence of judicial procedure,ineffective restriction and supervision of judicial office,slack supervision system within the judicial system and universal phenomena of disobeying legal procedure etc.And in view of these problems,the article puts forwards some suggestions,for example,ensuring independence of judicial procession,strengthening judicial supervision system,strictly obeying legal procession and all- roundly improving judicial staff's quality and so on,in order to promote judicial system reform in China and realize the equality and justice in the whole society.
