高职思想政治教育教师职业倦怠的成因分析

摘    要:高职院校思想政治教育教师职业倦怠是当前应受到重视和亟待解决的问题.教师职业倦怠是教师不能顺利应对工作压力时的一种消极的反应,是教师在长期压力体验下产生的情感、态度和行为的衰竭状态,它对教师的教学工作及学生发展都会带来较广泛的消极影响.高职院校思想政治教育教师产生职业倦怠的原因,有社会方面及高职发展中存在问题的影响,也有教师的角色冲突,等等.

Abstract:Teacher's jobburnout in ideological and political education is a problem that should be attached importance to and solved now. Teacher's jobburnout is a negative response to the pressure in his work in terms of passion, attitude and behavior. It will bring the extensive and negative influence to the teaching and student development. The reason for jobburnout of teacher in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges involves social aspect and the passive influence on the development of higher vocational education as well as the role clash of teachers, etc.
