从人权到“人类解放”

马克思主义的经典作家,特别是马克思本人,在无产阶级世界革命的历史视野内,对人权的普遍性和特殊性作了科学的阐释和说明,对资产阶级的人权观作了深刻的剖析和批判:人权对于资产阶级革命,它的伟大在于战胜封建专制和神权统治,实现“政治解放”;对于无产阶级,它的伟大则在于战胜资本主义制度,实现“人类解放”。正确认识人权的普遍性、具体性及其与“人类解放”的内在关系,是理解和把握当前我国人权建设和实践的理论切入点。

From Human Rights to "Human Beings' Liberation"

The authors of the classical works of Marxism,especially Marks himself,have explained scientificly the universality and particularity of human rights and criticized profoundly the human rights outlook of the bourgeoisie in the historical view of the world revolution that had been launched by the proletariat.They pointed out clearly that for the bourgeoisie revolution the significance of human rights rested in the realization of the "political liberation" following its overcoming the feudal autocracy;whereas for the proletariat its significance rests on the realization of the "human liberation" following its overcoming the capitalism.It is important to know the universality and particularity of the human rights as well as its inner relationship with 'human liberation' in order to understand the construction and practice of human rights in China.
