论西部大开发的人文环境建设

从人文环境的角度出发,认为人文环境是社会本体中隐藏的无形环境,西部大开发最大难题在于“人.自然.经济”三元关系,西部大开发的人文环境建设应包括生态人文主义、公共理性精神、内在人文素质三个基本内容,西部大开发的人文精神需要普及化、大众化,需要创新教育体制,开辟社会化教育渠道。

On Humanistic Environmental Reconstruction in the Development of West China

Beginning with the viewpoints of the humanistic environment, it is held that the humanistic environment is the hidden invisible one in the main body of society. The greatest difficulty with the development of West China consists in the three-element relationships among "human being, nature and economy". The reconstruction of the humanistic environment in the development of West China should cover three basic contents, that is, ecological humanism, public rationalist spirit intrinsic humanistic quality. In the course of the development of West China the spreading and popularization of the humanistic spirit are needed. The innovative education system is also required to open the socialized educational channel.
