基于礼的视角论中国传统政治的合法性

合法性问题是一个政治体系存在、持续、稳定和发展的基础和前提。人类历史上的任何一种政治统治和大规模的社会管理形态，都有意或无意在寻求合法性上做出了努力。从合法性的视角，对礼与中国古代政治合法性问题进行探讨。分析认为：君主通过制礼论证自己的合法性，礼成为君主贯彻自己意志的隐喻系统和合法性建构的关键。

Legitimacy in Li and ancient Chinese politics

The issue of legitimacy is the basis and premise for one political system in existence,continuation and stabilization.Any governing class or social management pattern in human's history has made efforts to pursue legitimacy intentionally or not.The paper argues Li and legitimacy of ancient Chinese politics from the view of legitimacy.Furthermore,the author thinks the ruler establishes his own legitimacy by constituting Li and Li has become the potential system for the ruler to exercise his wills and the key to build up his legitimacy.
