基于心理契约提高知识型员工忠诚度研究

摘    要:心理契约对员工的态度、行为和绩效有着决定性的影响,在知识经济时代,知识型员工已经成为企业的主力军,其重要作用日益突显。但是由于知识型员工本身的独有特征以及企业对知识型员工管理中存在的问题,使得知识型员工普遍缺乏忠诚度,而实践证明培养知识型员工的忠诚度是提高知识型员工绩效的有效途径。本文结合知识型员工的特点通过心理契约理论来提高知识型员工的忠诚度。

Abstract:The psychological contract has decisive effects on staff's attitudes,behaviors and performances.At knowledge-based economy ages,the knowledge-based staff has already become the main soldier of the business enterprise,its important function become more and more obvious.But because of the knowledge-based staff possess singly characteristics and business enterprise exist some problems in managing knowledge-based staff,make the knowledge-based staff widespread lack a loyalty,but the practice certificate development knowledge-based staff's loyalty is the valid path that raises the performance of knowledge-based staff's,so this paper combines the knowledge-based staff's characteristics and psychological contract put forward strength of loyalty of the knowledge-based staff.
