高校教师的职业倦怠成因及对策

摘    要:职业倦怠是由于压力长期积累而形成的紧张状态.高校教师产生职业倦怠的原因主要是职业压力、角色冲突、管理体制的欠缺及个体心理因素的影响等,通过缓解工作压力、改革高校管理体制提升教师公平感、自我调节等措施,可以预防和缓解职业倦怠.帮助高校教师摆脱职业倦怠,对于我国高等教育的发展具有重要意义.

Abstract:Job burnout is a long accumulated tension of mental state.College teachers' job burnout mainly accounts for such factors as career pressures,role conflicts,management defects and the individual's psychological make-ups.Therefore,job burnout can be prevented and lessened by means of lifting college teachers' work pressures,improving the managing systems,strengthening their sense of fairness and their ability of self-adjustment.In a sense,it is of great significance for the development of China's higher education to help college teachers rid themselves of their job burnout.
