| 摘 要： | 建设一支高水平的实验技术队伍，发挥其在学生创新能力和实践能力培养过程中的重要作用，是研究型大学创新人才培养的重要保证。目前实验技术队伍的现状不容乐观，相关部门须从观念转变、政策制定、人才引进、人员培训等多方面付诸努力，采取有针对性的措施，多措并举，建设一支与研究型大学相适应的高水平的实验技术队伍，满足研究型大学建设与发展的需求。
