| 摘 要： | 建立健全密切农村干群关系机制,是新时期农村基层党组织建设的重要内容,对于确保农村社会稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会,加快社会主义新农村建设步伐具有重要意义。其基本路径有:大力发展农村基层民主政治,努力实现农民民主政治权利;不断提高农村干部综合素质,切实增强党在农村的执政能力;充分尊重农民群众首创精神,有效发挥农民的主体作用;积极推动农村经济社会发展,切实维护农民根本利益。
