| Abstract: | Technical innovation is the guarantee for the continuous development of Shanghai's industrial enterprises after China's entry into WTO. To acquire knowledge of the present situation and proh lems concerning Shanghai technical innovation, and strengthen ihe enterprises' competitiveness in inter national markets, we should apply the authentic method to analyze the present measures taken by medium-sized and large-scale enterprises and bring forth our supposition for enforcing the enterprises' capac ity. |
