劳动力流动、经济增长与城乡收入差距——基于1993—2007年重新估算的面板数据

城乡分组变化会在其他因素不变的情况下扩大城乡收入差距。本文利用控制分组不变的测算数据对城乡收入差距的影响因素进行了再检验,并比较与统计值的差异。结果显示:经济增长扩大了城乡收入差距,但在最近一个时期对估算值的影响有所改善;劳动力流动的确降低了原有分组下的城乡收入不平等,居民身份转换是统计上城乡收入差距扩大的主要原因;农村劳动力外出务工和劳动力地区间流动对两类收入差距指标都起到部分缩小作用;投资对城乡收入差距产生了不利影响,经济开放、所有制结构、支农支出和教育等从不同程度上缓解了原有分组下的城乡收入不平等;一些应当缩小城乡收入差距的因素(如财政支出、科教文卫支出、基础设施建设等)对两类指标都未能发挥积极作用。

Labor Mobility, Economic Growth and Urban-rural Inequality: Based on Re-estimated Panel Date(1993-2007)

The changes in urban-rural grouping enlarged the urban-rural inequality with the other factors being unchanged.In this paper,we retested the factors which were influential in urban-rural inequality by controlling the unchanged data,and then we compared the difference with the statistics.The result showed that the economic growth enlarged urban-rural inequality,but the impact on the re-estimates had been improved in recent years.Indeed,the labor mobility did reduce the income inequality of the original urban...
