| Abstract: | Some universities position themselves too high in their education level or expand indiscriminately their disciplines,thus resulting in chaotic tertiary educational structures or levels,which is harmful to the training of talents.Pluralistic conceptions of educational quality should be introduced in higher education level positioning so that differently positioned universities can achieve their own levels and features on the basis of their proper positions. |
